E9 arrived on scene and advised that they had smoke and flames showing from a duplex. E9 was fire attack, and BAT9 took command from the start. AP9 was assigned to RIC and E5 established a 5 in water supply for E9.Q15 was assigned to complete a primary and secondary search of the duplex. SQ15 went in to assist E9 with fire attack and SQ2 was in charge of finding any utilities since this unit was a vacant unit. Fire attack was able to get a good knock down on the fire.
